We develop innovative modular systems that are initially based on an assessment of the buildings and a feasibility study. Subsequently, the buildings are captured using 3D scanning to create digital twins (BIM) as the foundation for developing the serial modular system. We work with prefabricated facade and roof elements in timber frame construction and offer a technological, efficient, fast, and precise on-site installation.

Our NXT Way is an innovative modular system for energy-efficient refurbishment of existing buildings, helping to achieve climate goals in the construction industry.
We renovate existing buildings in four efficient, economical, and ecological steps:
Initial Building Assessment: We review existing documents and conduct a feasibility study determine whether the building is suitable for serial renovation.
Digital Planning & Funding Consultation: We develop a modular solution, create a 3D scan of the building, generate a BIM model, and assess available funding programs.
Element Production: Based on the digital renovation plan, we manage the production, logistics, and assembly of prefabricated façade and roof elements.
Montage: The prefabricated timber modular elements allow for an efficient and minimally invasive renovation while the building remains in operation. Together with our partners, we provide a future-proof solution for the refurbishment of existing buildings.
