With its extremely low thermal conductivity of 0.027 W(mK), AEROPUTZ insulates more than twice as well as conventional ETICS while maintaining a slim layer structure. AEROPUTZ is purely mineral, free from petroleum and chemical additives, durable, reversible and fully recyclable.
Revolutionary production process for aerogel
Together with our research partner, we developed a revolutionary process for the cost-effective production of silica aerogel granules. Our innovative manufacturing process is significantly more environmentally friendly than the conventional method. CO2 and ethanol are recycled in our process. With significantly higher availability and a medium-term price reduction of around 70% compared to the conventional process, we want to disrupt the market for thermal insulation.
