Discover innovations in environmental technology and network with industry experts at the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management. From 13 to 17 May 2024 IFAT Munich brings together international representatives from politics, business and science to present new approaches and solutions for industrial and municipal challenges. The trade fair offers a strong focus on tailor-made solutions and products for industry and municipalities.
IFAT Munich 2024 covers the areas of water extraction, seawater desalination, water and wastewater treatment, water distribution and sewerage, coastal and flood protection, waste disposal and recycling, energy recovery from waste materials, street cleaning, remediation of contaminated sites and soil treatment, exhaust gas and exhaust air purification, noise reduction and noise protection, measurement, control and laboratory technology as well as science, research and technology transfer.
Focus topics include digitalisation, drinking water supply, climate resilience and municipal technology.

KNUW at the IFAT
The Green Economy Network.NRW will be represented at IFAT 2024 at the joint stand of the DGAW (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Abfallwirtschaft e.V.) in exhibition hall A6, (127/226). Presentations, dialogues and InnoTalks on the topics of circular economy, water management, sustainable mobility in waste management, spatial transformation and resource management are planned as part of our participation in the joint stand.
