innovative heat recovery with iRecu
The iRecu sets new standards in heat recovery: its intelligent flow control – only possible with metallic 3D printing – enables optimal heat transfer with minimal pressure losses. Thanks to the use of Inconel 625, it is temperature-resistant up to 1050 °C. As a recuperator burner, it forms a compact unit consisting of a burner and heat exchanger. The plug-in version separates the components and is ideal for W or U radiant tubes and flexible adaptations to specific requirements.
The iRecu sets new standards in the thermal processing industry and is available as a recuperative burner or plug-in heat exchanger. Both variants use the unique Gyroid structure, which can only be realised by metallic 3D printing, to ensure intelligent flow control, optimal heat recovery and minimal pressure losses. The high-quality Inconel 625 material ensures temperature resistance up to 1050°C.
The recuperative burner combines the burner and heat exchanger in a single compact unit, while in the plug-in version, both components operate separately, which is ideal for W or U radiant tubes. Through targeted flue gas recirculation, the iRecu achieves nitrogen oxide values of under 200 mg/Nm³. Thanks to the high energy savings, the investment in the iRecu pays for itself in just two years. It is available in power outputs from 20 kW to 250 kW, and offers maximum efficiency and flexibility for new plants and plant refits in these power output ranges.
